Please note: A non-attendance fee will be charged for cancellations under 24 hours or if you do not attend your appointment.

At Doctors discretion, a discount fee may apply – for those with Health Care Cards:

Full payment is required on the day of service. You can claim your rebate through Medicare.
Cancellation fees may apply if your appointment is cancelled within 24 hours or you do not attend.
Please note:
- All doctors have the right to choose their patients billing and can alter the practice policy at their discretion.
- Dr Julie Manasseh will only privately bill between 4.15pm and 5.30pm.
- Dr Arash V. Esfahani has his own price list which can be viewed here.
- Dr Julie Manasseh bulk bills aged pensioners with a pensioner concession card.
- Dr Jane Ralls does not bulk bill pension card holders.
- Health Care Card holders & Pensioners are offered a discounted rate, or concession at the individual doctors discretion. Please ensure you present your current Medicare and Concession cards when you arrive for each consultation.
